VerticalServe was founded by the team behind AppBrick Inc., a VC-funded startup that helped publishers build interactive books and harvest reader insights on a big data platform. That work taught us how to ship data-intensive products fast — and how slow most enterprises are at adopting them.
We started VerticalServe to close that gap. Over the last decade we’ve worked with 50+ enterprises across Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, Telecom, Retail, Energy, and the Public Sector — first on big data and cloud, then on ML, and now on AI and agents.
InsightPulse grew out of that work. Customers kept asking for the same thing: a single pane of glass that fuses everything they know about a market, an account, or a person — refreshed automatically and queryable like a database. We built that, and packaged it as one of 20+ AI products under the InsightLake brand.
